Women walking the Dorset landscape
About
Julia Findlater has walked the landscapes of Dorset for 30 years. Growing up in the hills of west Dorset, the Jurassic coastline and the ancient places of the county took root in me. During 30 years of working in London, first as a curator of historic houses, and then as a Deputy Head teacher in state secondary schools, I returned whenever I could to be refreshed by the earth and air of Dorset.
In 2020, I moved back to the county permanently and founded Findlater & Sisters to welcome and share my walks with other women.
So, who are the ‘Sisters’? They are you. Come walking with us soon.
Thank you to my dear friend and photographer Jay Armstrong for capturing moments along the way.
